Clodis Arven Shepherd, 82, of Huntington, WV passed away, Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. He was born September 15, 1939 in Cabell County; son of the late Earl Marion and Violet Ellen Plumley Shepherd. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Tony Bryant Shepherd and step son Steven Sexton. Clodis is survived by his wife, Tootsie Marie Skeens Shepherd of Huntington, WV; children, Bruce Arven Shepherd of Milton, WV and Rodney Brian Shepherd of South Point, OH; step son, Robert Sexton; brothers, Robert Shepherd of Barboursville, WV, David Shepherd of Hamlin, WV; sister, Barbara Shepherd Farley (Russell) of Barboursville, WV; four grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; one step grandson, Austin Cody Ray Sexton; and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV 25705 on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 with Pastor Bob Gillette and Pastor James Jobe officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, WV.
